I have a question for all of you...If you could have all the powers that one Charmed One possesed, who's powers would you have?

I would have Piper's power. Seriously, I would only take it so I could blow the kids I don't like heads off, haha, and freeze the teacher or something while I go get his/her answer book. :laugh:

Well, freezing would be great, but the blowing up part...well, it would be too tempting to blow up my friends, so I'd pass that power. (Imagine if I can't control it...serious things could happen :dev: )

Premonition would be great, but I like to be surprised and not know what'll happen next. But, let's say I see the vision of me failing a test...I could study real hard to pass that test and not make that vision come true.;) Levitation is awesome...flying is one of my biggest dreams (not likely to happen though).

Telekinesis is fun, but not very useful...unless you're tied to a train track and the train is heading for you and you have to untie yourself, telekinesis would come in handy.;) Astral projection is necessary too...only in cases that you're not ponctual or you have to be at 2 places in the same time. In that case, you're not organized at all.:td:

Telekinectic orbing is only useful in cases where you're in danger and you have a stalker with a gun...you just call for the gun and whatever...not likely to happen to me, so I'll pass this one. Orbing is just like astral projection, but better.:tu:

Well i'm going with Prue's powers - her's were the most active.

I would love to be able to move things and be in two places at once. Plus if need be you would be able to easily defend yourself.

I will go Prue's powers. They would be most useful to me. Pipers powers are limited you can freeze things, but they un freeze, or bloe them up. But if you wanted to do stuff like bring things to you, Prue's powers can do that and you can stay in bed and turn of the light. Fun Fun Fun.

I would go for Prues. Telekinesis, I could use it for anything!! Whether defending myself, attacking, OR getting food or anything else!! lol

Piper would be second because I could freeze someone attacking me, blow up someone if I need to kill them (lol) and I could also freeze time and cheat on tests!! ;)

The coolest powers are Paige's... but they're TOO spiffy, and too shiny and all... So for a more discreet power, I'd have Piper's... (if you can call exploding stuff discreet!)

I'd love to have Phoebe's power, Levitation looks like so much fun, and seeing into the future, i'd love to do that, then i could see what i'm like when i'm older, what career i chose, if i'm married, if i'm rich ( lol, i wish) :D

Well in my opinion Paige's and Piper's powers are the best.

I'd love to stop time in school :laugh: and do things..well....not very nice....just kidding!

Blowing up? Nah too dangerous for me ,besides I have no deadly enemies like a charmed one would.

Now orbing is one of the best! Just imagine orbing to school every morning ! It would be a real head-rush !

Telekinetik orbing is also nice you know,you can even call objects from great distances [i.e. the ring of inspiration] ...so I'd love to see what our teacher had in mind for our finals !

Erm, preminitions are cool with me it's more the ass kicking while hovering which tickles my fancy.

Probably Piper's powers-- both freezing and blowing up. I was always really attracted to her freezing power because I'm such a spazz, so I'd love time to just stop while I get myself all situated. ;) While I don't think I'd really have any use for blowing up stuff, it would be pretty neat though.

Its one of these, I would love to freeze time and do lots of things like cheating on Tests :wink: And Stuff like that, Exploding stuff would be just fun, Exploding bags of crisps or bags of popcorn hehe.

Paiges are just cool getting from one place to another would be cool because walking hurts your legs and it saves the world from polution ;) Telekinetic Orbing is cool when you cant be bothered to get up for something.

I would probably choose Prue's powers. Reason being because she had the most active, and most powerful, and she could use them at will, and hardly ever tripped up on them. I mean, how cool would it be to both move things with your mind(telekinesis), and also take yourself to your desired venture(astral projection). Coming in second place would definitely be Piper's powers!:wink:

I would choose Piper's power. It would be awesome to be having a conversation with someone (or a fight even) and they say something that you don't have a good response for, you could just freeze them and think of something good to say back. I always think of good things to say after the conversation and frustrates me! There are so many other things that freezing and blowing up would be useful for. Prue's powers were also pretty cool

I have to agree with Phoebe about the qualities of Prue's powers. I especially would love to have the power of Telekinesis since it has always intrigued me to have the ability to move objects with your mind.

I would not be able to pick just one, b/c they are all unique in their own way------but if I had to choose I would pick piper, because Freezing keeps the Charmed Ones together and b/c she is the middle sister.

If i had to choose a Charmed power it would be Pipers.. her powers are really cool she can freeze time and blow up things..

I think i would use the bloing up power to scare away bullys but i dont think i would really blow up anybody (unless they really made me mad:dev: ) hehe

Yo, can you explain what psychokinesis is actually? I have a rough idea, but nothing concrete. And there seem to be about 4 of these threads here... And they always get full of spam. Every time you ask a question really...

Psychkinesis is the ability to move things U can't see. If I had to put the powers in order I would have:

1st:Phoebe's
2nd:Piper's
3rd:Prue's
4th:Paige's

I choose Phoebe's first bcause I would love to see the future and levitating. I could get away from my brother. I would love to feel what people feel(I know I must sound crazy). I could help people if I could. Her powers just seem cool to me.

Thank you for your excessive use of exclamation marks. Anyway, it has been mentioned on this show that telekinesis and psychokinesis are two distinct powers. As far as I can tell, the distinctive element that makes psychokinesis different than telekinesis is that the owner of this power moves things they cannot see. This was a poor explanation on the show but then again, this came from a neophyte 13- or 14-year-old witch. In Secrets and Guys, it seems that psychokinesis has more to do with electrical and mechanical malfunctions such as the bomb, the security system at the bank and the unlocking of the safe.

Telekineses and psychokineses are the same, no difference between them. They are the same, they used to call it TK, but science renamed it PK.

So if you believe the show entirely... it means that the demons they fought were real?!? it remains a TV show don't forget that.

Maybe there isn't a difference between telekinesis and psychokinesis in the real world (based on the assumption that such phenomena exist). However, I am relating the distinction of the two powers in the context of this show. My source is what effects that were apparent from my observations of Max's power usage. Also, there is a nice button at the bottom of the post titled "edit". Use that before you consider double posting again.
