When I am feeling better, I will scan the pages for ya'all... there are more pics in the magazine than what is offered online.

The Charming Holly Marie Combs
By Misty Bott
Holly Marie Combs seems to be leading a charmed life: she found fame as a young actress on the Emmy-award winning TV show Picket Fences, she’s currently the star of the WB’s hit show Charmed, she married her sweetheart on Valentine’s Day this year and she’s expecting her first baby. Find out what she thinks of pregnancy and motherhood in her interview with eP!
eP: What’s the first thing you thought when you found out you were pregnant?
HMC: The first thing I thought was just disbelief because I had been told I would have… a hard time getting pregnant, and [my husband and I] really didn’t have a hard time at all. So I was looking at the [pregnancy test] stick going, “Is that a line? Because that looks like a line.” And [my husband] was like, “Well, it kind of looks like a line.” Three tests later we were still saying the same thing!
eP: When you first became pregnant, were you filming Charmed or were you on hiatus?
HMC: I think we had just been filming for about a month.
eP: Did you experience any morning sickness?
HMC: The first 3 months I was kind of seasick. I never actually threw up, but I felt kind of [nauseated] all day long. And the first 3 months I had really bad headaches, too. I got about 3 or 4 headaches a week, and then in the third month they just stopped and were gone. It was the strangest thing.
eP: Did you ever have to hide your pregnancy on the show?
HMC: I told [my producers] right away… My character had been pregnant on the show last year, so I knew it was going to be an issue to work two pregnancies into the show in 2 years. I told them right away so they could begin to figure out how to deal with it. We hid it for about the first 6 ½ months and then suddenly I was 7 months pregnant and we were telling the audience that I was 4 months pregnant... no way [was I] looking like I was 4 months pregnant!
eP: Will you have any extra help after your baby’s birth?
HMC: I’m going to get a baby nurse for the first month to be here because I’ve never done this before!
eP: I’ve heard you stopped smoking once you found out you were pregnant. How did you quit?
HMC: It was actually really easy because I had already started to cut down. My husband is asthmatic and he just can’t for the life of him imagine why anybody would put smoke in their mouth, so he really helped me to start cutting down… Then when I got pregnant the smell of other people’s cigarette smoke was so heinous to me that it made me not want to have a cigarette ever again. It’s kind of like cheating [when] it’s so easy to quit because you can’t take the smell!
eP: What do you miss most about not being pregnant?
HMC: Being able to ride my horses. I really feel I’ve neglected them… I have three quarter horses, and then I have a pony, so four altogether but the pony doesn’t really count as a whole one!
eP: What do you think is the worst thing about being pregnant?
HMC: The indigestion. This child is awfully gassy! And I was sneezing all the time, which was really strange.
eP: Have you and your husband made any decisions to have more children?
HMC: I would like to have more just because I was an only child and I think only children are weird! [My husband] has a brother and he doesn’t think it’s as important as I do. He thinks [only children] get more attention and they just get more of your time and more of your focus.
eP: What’s the best advice anyone has given you about being pregnant or being a parent?
HMC: Just to relax and enjoy it and try to remember the special moments. When you feel [your a baby] move it’s such a special thing. And not only do a lot of women not get to do it, but it may be the one time in your life you get to do it. So just slow down and appreciate every moment.
